I am trying to eliminate tracts that do not intersect with any voxel in a ROI

track -inputfile $RAWDWIFILE -inputmodel bayesdirac -schemefile $SCHEMEFILE -iterations $NUMIT -seedfile $GMATLASFILE -header $BRAINMASK -regionindex $ROI1 -anisfile $FAFILE -anisthresh 0.01 -outputfile alltracts.Bfloat

then to filtering

cat alltracts.Bfloat | procstreamlines -outputtracts -waypointfile $GMATLASFILE -header $BRAINMASK -regionindex $ROI2 -outputfile someTracts.Bfloat

it allways give me empty someTracts.Bfloat file (0 tracts) even if I give $ROI1=$ROI2  (seed and way point files are same).
