Actually, they are in the same space, but I tried what you offered. Both tried dropping -header from only procstreamlines and both procstreamlines and track. No change.

May it be related to the usage of -regionindex in procstreamline?  $GMATLASFILE file includes labels like 10 11 12 .... 80 1001 1002 ... 1030 2001 2002 ... 2003  I use -regionindex 1001 both for tract and procstreamlines.
