repetitive VTK error
I've been receiving the following message periodically while using
bioimage:
ERROR: ln../../../build/vtk52/Filtering/vtkImageData.cxx, line2133
vtkImageData(2BEB2D40): Coordinate (0,0,0) outside of array (max = -1
It usually occurs while I am using the Brain Register tools (half-way through a registration, or immediately upon loading a reference or transform image), and results in the entire program crashing, and all my data being lost. Any insight into this would be appreciated.
