repetitive VTK error
This sounds like a on out of memory issue. On Windows BioImage
Suite can only use about 2.5-3 GB of RAM and if you have large-ish
images (e.g. 512x512) this can be an issue. You may want to
resample your images to be about 1mm isotropic (instead of some CTs
which are 0.5 mm).
