Rosetta Bit Project
Good Afternoon,
My name is Benjamin Yvernault. I am working at Vanderbilt University with Dr. Bennett Landman.
We have had "issues" with DICOM, NIFTI and image format conversion. Our collaborators at the NIH agreed to ensure compliance with validated transcodings, but we could not find a representative library of data on which to test software file parsing.
To address this problem, we created the project Rosetta bit on NITRC http://www.nitrc.org/projects/rosetta. We want to provide a reference for tool developers seeking to support multiple sources of data.
We currently have transcoded DICOM/PARREC/NIFTI files for MRI data (B0map/T1/DTI/fMRI). We are working to enhance this resource through collaboration.
If you are interested in participating, please let me know.
Best Regard,
Benjamin Yvernault
