roi error
Dear team,
I am getting the same error messages during setup with one or two subjects out of every 20:
??? Reference to non-existent element of a cell array.
Error in ==> conn_process at 499
Z=params.ROIinfo.basis{params.ROIinfo.trans{n1}{1}}{params.ROIinfo.trans{n1}{2}}(params.ROIinfo.trans{n1}{4},params.ROIinfo.trans{n1}{3});
Error in ==> conn_process at 11
case 'setup', disp(['CONN: RUNNING
SETUP STEP']); conn_process([0:5]);
Error in ==> conn at 1177
conn_process('setup');
Error in ==> conn_menumanager at 116
feval(MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{1},MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{2:end});
??? Error while evaluating figure WindowButtonUpFcn
In the 'data' folder, it seems to stop at the Rex file for ROI3 (CSF) for those few subjects, stopping the creation of the ROI file.
As this may be a problem of segmentation, I have tried to run segmentation outside of the conn toolbox and then used the pre-made segmented files for cs1,cs2,cs3 (GM, WM, CSF) in the roi section. I still get the same error message.
Let me know what I could do!
Thanks,
Laurel
