I just reran the step using the c1, c2, c3 masks instead of the mwc1, mwc2, mwc3 masks and it ran all the way. However, in the matlab workspace I got a "warning: no valid data for ROI BA" for all the ROIs!
It's telling me there's no valid data in the path that I have my functional volumes in......
Does this mean I need to put my functional volumes inside the conn folder inside the MATLAB folder in my computer?
