Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments: | I'm using one of the latest releases to preprocess and analyse a large functional connectome data set (n>1000), working on a Grid Engine cluster. I've found CONN GUI highly dependable and incredibly easy to use in this setting. |
Other Comments/Similar Tools: | The best parts are undoubtedly the setup and denoising workflows, whereas all the options in the 1st and 2nd level analyses tabs can be a bit confusing at first. However, the tool makes it easy to export preprocessed, denoised data, so you can use whichever stats tool you prefer. |
