New release: acpcdetect V2.0 Posted By: Babak Ardekani - Oct 8, 2008Tool/Resource: Automatic Registration Toolbox Version 2.0 of the "acpcdetect" program was released today. This version accepts NIFTI format images. Since the image orientation information can be obtained from the NIFTI header, it is no longer necessary for the user to explicitly specify the image orientation at the command line. The program documentation (docs/acpcdetect.pdf) was also revised and a new example image (image/ba.nii) in NIFTI format is provided. |
