Release of KAIBA Version 3.0 module of ART Posted By: Babak Ardekani - Feb 6, 2018Tool/Resource: Automatic Registration Toolbox The Automatic Registration Toolbox (ART) project has released “kaiba version 3.0” a program that can be used to fully automatically measure a hippocampal parenchymal fraction (HPF) index from 3D T1-weighted MRI scans. HPF has been found to be reduced in neurodegenerative diseases and its rate of decline may be used to assess disease progression. Both Linux and MacOS binaries have been made available. The main advancement of Version 3.0 over previous versions is its ability to process multiple (>2) longitudinal MRI scans. |
