RE: Movement
Hi Kaylah,
If you enter the file named "art_regression_outliers_and_movement_*.mat" that will also include the movement parameters (so there is no need to add the rp_*.txt movement file as an additional covariate), while if you enter the file named "art_regression_outliers_*.mat" then that will only include the outlier indicators so you still need to enter the rp_*.txt movement file as an additional covariate. My particular preference (and the default behavior when using CONN spatial preprocessing pipeline) is to use the later approach, mainly because having these as separate covariates allows me later in the Preprocessing step to add first-derivative terms specifically to the "movement" covariate, but not to the "outliers" covariate, but this is just the default setting and you may use any other combination that works best for you.
Best
Alfonso

Another question: Is it still necessary to input the movement txt file from SPM preprocessing as a covariate even if we put in the art_regression_outliers mat file as a covariate?
We really appreciate your help.
