RE: Movement
Hi Alex,
I believe this error message indicates that you are attempting to use your scrubbing variables as seeds/sources in seed-to-voxel or ROI-to-ROI analyses. Typically you want to add your scrubbing variables to the Confounds list in the Denoising step in order to remove the outlier scans from consideration (and when you do that those variables will no longer be available to be later used as seeds, since their effects have been effectively removed from all of the BOLD timeseries).
Hope this helps
Alfonso

Hi Alfonso,
I am getting an error message at the end of "first-level Analysis" processing step.
ERROR DESCRIPTION:
Error using ==> conn_process at 2734
Non-existing ROI first-level data for scrubbing_Dim30 subject 2. Please repeat first-level analyses
Error in ==> conn_process at 25
case 'analyses_gui_seed',disp(['CONN: RUNNING ANALYSIS STEP (ROI-to-ROI or seed-to-voxel analyses)']); conn_process([10:12,15],CONN_x.Analysis);
Error in ==> conn at 3086
conn_process('analyses_gui_seed',CONN_x.Analysis);
Error in ==> conn_menumanager at 102
feval(CONN_MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{1},CONN_MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{2:end});
CONN v.14.n
SPM8 + ArtRepair Beamforming DEM FieldMap MEEGtools
Matlab v.2011a
My data are co-registered and normalized in SPM separately. The error comes when I add "scrubbing" step in Preprocessing. If I remove "scrubbing" covariate and leave just motion covariate, the analysis goes to the end. Please help.
Thanks, Alex
