Hello,

Quick suggestion: it looks like your T1 image was segmented twice before normalization; the wc3c3 would seem to indicate that. Perhaps the analysis partially got over and was rerun? Anyway, the error indicate that there are not enough voxels which survive after erosion step for creation of CSF masks (used for aCompCor denoising). If indeed the segmentation was accidentally done twice, this would be expected. I suggest you check your files to be sure that is not the cause of the error.

I also tried to remove that 16th subject but I had the same problem with the 17th (the new 16th subject)
