I'm trying to get the raw correlation matrices of a set of ROIs, much like this previous point. However, I'm having trouble finding a results file. Through the graph theory window I've obtained banalized adjacency matrices for all my subjects, but there is no .results file being saved. I recognize that this post is quite old, so maybe the procedure is different with the newer version of Conn?

If not, how would I troubleshoot this?
