Dear Conn users,

I use the conn toolbox to explore RS functional connectivity between a set of healthy controls and patients with temporal lobe epilepsy. In the conn FAQ section, there is this comment about graph theory using the conn toolbox. I would be very interested in applying graph theory to my connectivity maps. Are those graph theory measures implemented in conn already? Where would I find them and how can I use them?
