Thanks very much for your reply. I now have another question concerning the graph theory toolbox in conn. I created a network with 20 nodes and I am interested in exporting the correlation matrix for this network for each subject. I know that you can export the graph theory data but it only gives me a binary matrix based on a pre-specified threshold (either correlation, z-score or cost). Is there any way to extract this matrix with the originial correlations between all nodes in the network?
