RE: Simplest Tool For Diffusion Analysis
Hi Dave -
I'm not sure any diffusion analysis tools are simple (many problems arise from the input data before you even get a chance to try the tool). There are a set of diffusion tools in slicer2.6 that have corresponding datasets and tutorials that people can download:
http://wiki.na-mic.org/Wiki/index.php/Sl...
We're also working on a new set diffusion tools in version 3 of slicer that will simplify dicom data import in addition to other improvements. We hope to have a release and documentation in the next couple months.
