Blaise, hi. I've been planning to add such a tool to our VoxBo toolset, and it's pretty close to the top of my to-do list (about 50-50 whether or not I get to it this week). A lot of the code is already written, but needs to be extracted and stitched together. If you don't mind being a beta tester, let me know what OS you're using and I'll put it in the files section for the VoxBo project (which is currently empty, we're getting ready for our first NITRC release) as soon as it's ready.
