Bennett, I hesitate to question you regarding your own challenges (which, by the way, I think are a brilliant contribution to the community), but the 2012 website says the data are "released under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC)" licence. To my mind, that does not mean the data are "non-redistributable" as you say here, just that they can't be commercially redistributed/used, and that non-commercial redistribution requires appropriate acknowledgement. Right?

The 2013 website seems to refer to accepting "the terms of use as described in the license files" without linking to any files or clearly stating what the license is... Sorry if I am missing something obvious here:
